This is literally the sharpest tool in the box! An extremely thin and sharp slicer, forged from a single piece of house-made Apex ultra/damascus laminate.
Ultra thin, extreme hardness and edge retention. The butt is overlaid with 16 C gold. The blade is blade itself is beautifully blacked as a contrast to the gold.
