Bunka style chef knife in stainless 14C28N. A small and easely handeld all purpose blade, excellent for vegetable chopping. This knife has a small and thin handle, perfect for delicate hands.

This blade has a slight convex grind which makes it a robust blade altough the edge is very thin. The handle is oil treated walnut with blue G10 linings and a brass tube pin.
