Bunka style chef knife in stainless 14C28N. A small and easely handeld all purpose blade, excellent for vegetable chopping.

This blade has a slight convex grind which makes it a robust blade altough the edge is very thin. The handle is oil treated curly birch with a aluminum tube pin.
